Have you ever left a public yoga class wanting to know more about a pose, an experience you had, a cue or a philosophical element mentioned by the teacher? I know I have! The ultimate benefit of private yoga instruction is that it allows you to truly dive into & expand your relationship to the physical, mental and spiritual practice of yoga. 


All private class options listed below include a consultation, where we can identify & discuss your specific goals, likes/dislikes, style preference, injuries/modifications, and current mental/emotional inquiries. I use that information to create a class tailored to YOU. This works well as a one-time offering, but even better as a recurring practice. Working with you one-on-one, I continually observe and adapt what I offer so you can grow & deepen your practice.

private yoga [individual]

Where the real curation begins. Looking for some one-on-one guidance? Working with a specific goal or injury? Wanting a safe and socially distant way to practice? Schedule a private class with me. I'm happy to accommodate your COVID safety preferences. One time or recurring available. Virtual or in-person.

small group private yoga [2-5 people]

Want to practice with your friends, family, or work team? Not comfortable with crowded studio environments, but miss the vibe of practicing with others? Let me guide you and your chosen tribe! Park, backyard, office, or virtual - we can move and groove wherever you choose. For group sizes of 2-5 people. One-time or recurring available.

group private yoga [6-10 people]

Have a bigger space available, a special event, or more eager yogis to practice with? Let’s do it. For group sizes of 6 people or more. One-time or recurring available. 60 minute practice. Virtual or in-person. For events or groups of 11+ people, please reach out for more detail.

  • Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, a private class lets you get specific with your practice & accelerate your knowledge of your body, mind, and energetic state

  • Adapt for or learn from an injury with a customized sequence for you

  • Physically focus on what you need or want most (e.g. neck tension relief, core strengthening, shoulder mobility - you name it!)

  • Practice at a time and place that's convenient for you. We can discuss in-person or virtual options.

  • During our strange pandemic times, practicing in a studio isn't an option for everyone. I'll happily accommodate your COVID safety preferences.

  • I'm your number one supporter. I'm here to help you dive into your unique, ever-evolving practice.

what's it like to work with me?

PROCESS

  • Begin by messaging me.  Ask questions to see if it's right for you or let me know you're interested.

  • If we decide on an initial class, I'll send you a consult form, liability waiver, and a link to schedule. Use the consult form to give me some background on your goals, needs, and preferences. If you prefer to discuss over the phone, a 10-minute consult call is an option. 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule class, 24 hours notice is required. 

  • Payment is required after class via Venmo (my Venmo is @lelinza)

  • If you'd like to book recurring classes, discounted packages are available

  • I will regularly request feedback and updates on how you're feeling physically & mentally so that we can adapt, customize, and grow your regular practice together.
